NO REFUND POLICY
The No Refund Policy applies to payments for services to be rendered by a scheduled appointment. Scheduled appointments or Class Reservations will require a 24 hour cancelation notice.
24 hours Cancelation Policy:
If you cancel a scheduled appointment, you must give 24 hour notice (as logged via receipt of email, or voice mail) to Mercy Housing (MHHD). If not canceled, the service fee is deemed fully earned as MHHD having held the appointment time available for you and is non-refundable. Re-scheduling can be done for a reinstatement fee.
If you cancel an appointment within the Policy period of 24 hours, the Service Fee can be used within 6 months of the date of this Receipt. Re-scheduling will be required and is the responsibility of the client and not MHHD.
If not used after 6 months from date, the balance becomes fully earned for having reserved availability for you and becomes fully non-refundable.
You understand that once we provide services to you our fees are Non-Refundable. Fees are not dependent upon results and no specific outcome may be promised.
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will be used to contact you for business purposes only. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
